Promotional Period

The Jmgo Members' Festival Sale promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PDT on April 15, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on April 25, 2025.

Eligibility

This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address on the continental U.S. who are 18 years or older as of Apr 15, 2025 (hereinafter being referred to as "Participants"). Offers are not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.

Full Discount

A. During the Promotion Period, orders valued over $2,500 can enjoy a 5% discount; orders valued over $5,000 can enjoy a 7% discount.

B. The order value refers to the pre-tax price (i.e., subtotal price). If the product price includes tax, the order value will include tax.

C. Discount will be automatically added to qualifying orders placed on Jmgo’s official website (global.jmgo.com).

D. Discount not applicable to flash sale items, member-only price products, recommended accessories, Power Kit, gift cards, app-only selections. 

Power Pool and Task Completion

A. The Jmgo Power Pool is a new concept introduced in this campaign. It refers to a mechanism whereby all members contribute to a shared pool of points in order to win gifts and help contribute to charity. Visit https://global.jmgo.com/us/members-festival to complete tasks and build up the Power Pool together.

B. Members will receive EcoCredits and Power Points after completing tasks. For Task 1, you will get 2 additional coupons, which are valid for use during the campaign period.

C. All Power Points* earned through tasks will be contributed to the Jmgo Power Pool (* Power Points do not have economic value, they are only used to represent the accumulation of member tasks in the Jmgo Power Pool).

D. All winners will be announced on the Campaign page (check on the 'Lucky Members' section) and will be notified via their registered email.

i. Participants must ensure that their registered details are up-to-date, accurate, complete, and truthful in all respects.

ii. We apologize that we cannot answer any inquiries regarding the winner selection process. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

E. EcoCredits can be used for cash deductions for your purchases. These EcoCredits will expire one year later. You can check additional details regarding EcoCredit use, coupons/vouchers, and your EcoCredit Activity here: (https://global.jmgo.com/us/ecocredits)

F. TasksThere are 7 tasks for this campaign. Register as an Jmgo Member (or log in) first to get started. After Task 1 is completed (Registration/Login), you can choose any of the available tasks to complete. Check EcoCredits/Coupons/Power Points you will receive after finishing each task on the campaign page.

i. You can receive the listed perks (EcoCredits/Coupons/Power Points shown on the page) only once for completing tasks 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6.

ii. Task 4 can be completed up to 20 times. (Note: details for the 'Referral' campaign can be checked in the 'Refer Your Friends' section below).

iii. Task 7 can be completed up to 2 times. The available time for finishing all tasks is during Phase

1.

iv. For Task 6 & 7, the purchase order value shall not be $0. If a return is initiated, EcoCredits will be withdrawn, and Power Points will be kept.

v. For Task 6 & 7, you can receive task perks.
