I ordered a Picoflix projector from the site. Unfortunately, a used device was sent. The first issue is that the power adapter is not working. When I first turned it on using another power adapter, there was an account already set up (added screenshots) and many applications installed. The device was very slow to respond. JmGo service advised me to reset the device. After resetting, the device's slowness improved, but I noticed that the remote control was not working properly. I tried different batteries, but the remote is still problematic. Additionally, the surface of the remote is normally matte, but the buttons are a bit shiny due to usage. Since I will be abroad for a long time with the device, unfortunately, I cannot return it.
